Sharon is responsible for financial reporting, project accounting analysis, and the management of both internal and external compliance for the company. In the role of controller for CFS, she leverages her extensive years of collective experience in accounting and construction industries. With more than 25 years of construction accounting experience, Sharon also works closely with leadership in developing and implementing strategies and process improvements for the company.
